I forget to write down the new description of this Chip at the application. But again, the PMDU have a different universe to Tao.
So this Chip have different story and the last things for sure, his full name is Chip Junior, If you know what I mean
It's hard for me to decide his background story and wait until he meet Kiki at the next deviation
Anyway, for every pokemon that befriends with Chip (and Kiki) at PMD-E, this Chip still your little friend and nothing much difference with the previous one. Cheers!
